We have a strict no outdoor shoes policy. All students are expected to wear indoor shoes while in the school building. Plain flat shoes or pumps are allowed.

Pre-loved Uniform Sale (HKKG second hand shop)

We will be opening our second hand uniform shop shortly and are looking for donations.

  • Please donate any HKKG uniform that your daughter may have outgrown.
  • The items donated should be in good condition, washed and bagged and dropped off to reception.
  • All the money raised from uniform sales will be used to benefit our students.
  • Items required: Abaya, hoodies, cardigans and PE kits.
  • More details on opening dates will follow inshallah.

We also accept textbook and revision guides donations.

Attendance

Important message for all parents

Good attendance is extremely important and is associated with improved student outcomes, higher attainment, and improved mental health.

Evidence shows that the students with the highest attendance throughout their time in school achieve the best GCSE and A Level results. Secondary school pupils who didn’t pass English and maths missed 10 more days over KS4 than those who did.

We urge all parents to ensure that students attend regularly and on time. Each day a student is absent, equates to 6 lessons of instructions and learning that is difficult to catch up on. Students have 175 days of non-school days and we have a duty to ensure all our students attend 190 days of learning. Holiday requests during term time will not be authorised. We thank all parents who make sure their daughters are in school everyday, ready to learn.
